Effective Multimedia Marketing


Ever have a potential customer make a decision to not purchase from you before they got all the necessary information? You’ve said to yourself “If they’d just stick around long enough to understand everything I have to offer, then they’d love it!!”

The answer to this situation may be the fact that nothing captivates an audience better than a good video or an entertaining / informative audio piece.

Videos, MP3′s, Podcasts, Webinars–each of these mediums can be used to bring traffic to your web site and increase visitor conversion once they arrive.

The main question is…

So how do you create something that works without spending a lot of money? Or spending a lot of time?

What I hope you take away from this…

We’ve all seen visually stunning movies with terrible writing, and we’ve also seen low-budget films where it’s obvious a lot of thought was put into the story. Which movie do you applaud and want to see do well?

First and foremost, good content is the key to gaining loyalty amongst your target market. And informative, well put together piece is best of course, but if you have to choose between production value and good old-fashioned useful information–choose information first and worry about production value later. It’s also less expensive if you’re on a budget.

Blowing the roof off your business with multimedia is largely a matter of knowledge–knowing what each medium is best used for, knowing where and when to use them for the best effect, and knowing the tricks to speed up production and keep costs at a minimum.
